BOYS COACHES

Chris Coppolecchia

Coach Coppolecchia brings a wealth of knowledge to the defensive side of the field and player health. Chris was a 2015 supplemental draft pick by the New York Lizards, where he was a member of the team throughout the year. He was a four-year starter and Captain at Division I Quinnipiac University. While at Quinnipiac, Chris was recognized as a First Team NEC Defender and selected to the prestigious North-South Senior All-Star game. Currently, Chris coaches Prime Time's 2027 team. A licensed physical therapist, Chris is big proponent of injury prevention and helping keep players on the field.
 
 


Brendan Johnson

Brendan Johnson has been playing lacrosse since age ten and coaching since he was fifteen. Brendan was a three-sport athlete at White Plains High School, where he was designated a Section 1 All-American lacrosse attackman his Senior year.  He played three seasons of Division I lacrosse at Siena College, finishing up his playing career at SUNY Purchase. In Spring 2022, Brendan coached the Byram Hills modified boys lacrosse team and BHYL's 5th grade boys. Brendan also coaches for Team91 Tristate.
 
 
 
Chris Jackson
Chris Jackson began coaching for BHYL in 2020, and has spent well more than a decade coaching at various levels throughout the area. A four-year defenseman at Bentley University, Chris graduated high school from Iona Prep, where he was chosen as the CHSAA Defensive Player of the year as a Senior, named a CHSAA All-League performer both his Junior and Senior years, and selected to the All-Metro first team as a Senior.  In his final year at Iona Prep, Chris helped lead the team to a CHSAA "A" State Championship, the Metro Championship, and the CHSAA New York City Championship. Iona Prep also won the Metro championship his Junior year and the New York City Championship his Sophomore and Junior years.
 
 

Henry Kusjanovic
Henry Kusjanovic began playing lacrosse at Byram Hills, where he was an All-Section selection and two-year team captain. Henry was also selected to represent the Hudson Valley team at the Empire State Games.  He then went on to play at Franklin & Marshall College, where he was also named team captain. After college, Henry was an assistant coach for the Byram Hills Varsity squad and head coach of the Byram Hills JV team, both for two years stints, before leaving the area.  Upon his return to North Castle, Henry joined BHYL as a coach in Spring 2022.

 


Wes Cutler (Goalie)
Wes was a four-year letter winner, three-year starter, and team captain for Byram Hills High School, where he recorded single-season school records for saves (286), saves in a game (34), and was number two in career saves for Byram (565). Wes received All-League honors in 2014 and All-Section honors in 2015 and 2016. After BHHS, Wes played three years of Division III lacrosse at SUNY Cortland, winning two SUNYAC Championships.

 

 


Aidan Egazarian

Played four years of varsity lacrosse at Tappan Zee High School, where he was twice named All-County and All-League, was selected All-Section, and was an Hoonor Roll student and AP Scholar.  He currently plays attack and midfield at Division II Pace University.

 

 

 


GIRLS COACHES


Rachel Milim

Rachel Milim played Division I lacrosse at Cornell University, where she was named a Regional All-American and All-Ivy defenseman. She has fifteen years of coaching experience. Rachel is currently the President of BHYL and coaches the 2027 AA Yellow Jackets North team.

 

 


 

Briana Dodge

Briana currently coaches for Yellow Jackets North.  She played lacrosse at Ossining High School and was a club member of Westrock and House of Sports teams. In recent years, she has coached several BHYL girls teams.
